SIX LAWSUITS SO FAR AGAINST SFP
Four lawsuits have been filed so far by attorneys Okun, Oddo, and Babat against Saint Francis Preparatory School under the NY Child Victims Act that went into effect this week. Four plaintiffs allege child sexual abuse by Br. Michael Moran, Br. Dominic Quigley, Br. Joe Mussa, and Br. DeSales Pergola.
The abuse by these Brothers spans four decades.
