NY CHILD VICTIMS ACT IS NOW LAW - TIME TO SUE ST. FRANCIS PREP!

It's been a while, but well worth the wait, stress, tears, and hard work. The Child Victims Act was signed into law in NY earlier this year, and as of this coming August 14th, child sexual abuse survivors of any age will have one year to file lawsuits against their abusers and the institutions that harbored them.

So...I have been working closely with David Oddo, Esq., who is the President of the New York State Trial Lawyers Association. He's also a former Nassau County Assistant District Attorney. He has been an advocate for the Child Victims Act for years, and he is a good man.

If you are interested in pursuing a claim against St. Francis Prep or any other school, please reach out to him at 212-642-0950. He has already been retained by several former St. Francis Prep students.

Here's the link to his firm's website: https://ooblaw.com/about/david-oddo/

If you need me for any reason, please contact me at Elizabethsorvillo@gmail.com.

Good luck, everybody.
